We are devoted to a spirit of cooperation with our patient's legal counsel. The doctor has handled literally thousands of PI, Comp and Malpractice claims over his 30 years in practice, and, while not an Attorney, he has enormous experience, in litigating claims against insurance carriers (pro se), having written his own briefs, motions etc. This makes him sensitive to the wording required by Counsel to adequately prosecute your client's claims.

He has spent time in depositions and in actual Courtroom testimony in PI, and malpractice cases over the years. Dr. Press's overall experience has been very positive for his patients, in terms of the level of awards received by Counsel in litigation and settlements. As indicated above, Dr. Press has studied the text of case law, and the statutes in the New Jersey and New York PI laws, and is able to write his reports with a view to the requirements of the State Statutes and opinions.
